Targeting new learning success with engaging and participative forms of learning.

Capture the imagination of children and then guide them on a journey to brand new worlds without putting any test anxiety in their backpacks: That is the big advantage that our (school camps) School Camps and (follow-up programmes) Follow-Up Programmes offer. Using participative approaches in our core and follow-up programmes, we transform disengaged passivity into eager participation. This allows us to enable students to rediscover themselves as learning creatures – and curiosity-powered guardians of knowledge.

Promoting the retention of newly acquired knowledge 

Many students reveal hitherto undiscovered talents and potential during our school camps. We use our follow-up programmes to continue supporting these children for a period of one year. One of our aims here is to make first-class educational opportunities available to underprivileged children. These opportunities include:

ANDREA TORTOSA VIDAL

Andrea Tortosa Vidal ist in Alicante geboren. Nachdem sie in Tanzkompanien in Niederlanden und Italien gearbeitet hat, ist sie in die Schweiz gezogen und hat 13 Jahren lang am Theater Basel getanzt. In den letzten 10 Jahren hat Andrea zahlreiche choreografische Arbeiten entwickelt, an verschiedenen pädagogischen Projekten teilgenommen und parallel dazu zeitgenössischen Tanz an verschiedenen Orten in Basel unterrichtet.
